Our Graduate Trainee Engineers Program is not merely about hiring and grooming young graduates by capitalizing on their technical based developed at universities, rather the quintessence of this program is to foster excellence in the young flag bearers and nurture future leaders. This equips them with the competences and confidence to take up greater professional responsibilities. This training program comprises of two years, company used to start hiring process in July every year and we use to hire GTEs through a certain process of NTS test and technical and behavioral interviews.

Almoiz industries unit one is located in beautiful surroundings of city Dera Ismail khan in northern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Area is full of beautiful landscapes and small mountains. It is situated on beautiful bank of river indus. Dhaki dates are one of the most known dates breed that is specialty in this area.

We have best residentail colony for our mill employees at site that consists of over 50 houses. This include all facilities so that our people feel at home there.
Sports complex at Almoiz allows all the employees to enjoy a wide range of sports & recreatinal activities like cricket, badminton, squash, table tennis, gym etc.

Employess Day Out & Annual Dinner: Once in a year Almoiz family takes a break from work and go to explore the beaituful Pakistan.
To develop good faith and strong relationship at workplace, A grand dinner (A Dinner for All) for employees is arranged every year in the holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak in which employees from top to bottom are invited at one place.
This way we enjoy, share moments and learn from each other.

Every year in the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, Hajj Lucky Draw is performed in Almoiz Jamia Mosque at colony in which two employees with two runner winners; one from Technical team and one from Administration & Agriculture team are selected to perform hajj on mills expenses. If a winner of lucky hajj draw wants to take his spouse with him, mill also bears half of the expense for her.
Mahafil-e-Meelad
Annually two pious events, one (Mehfil-e-Meelad) at the night of 11th Rabi-ul-Awwal and other (Mehfil-e-Shab-e-Barat) at the night of 14th Shaban-ul-Moazzam are celebrated with full zeal and zest in which all the mill employees warmly participated.

To promote healthy activities among employees, children and family residents of Almoiz community, a sports festival is organized every year for which sports ground of 04 acres and state of the art sport complex is available at Almoiz residential colony. The games for employees, children and women are organized which include Cricket, Football, volley ball, Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis & musical chair etc. At the end of games, a very colorful and enthusiastic event of Prize Distribution Ceremony is held for encouragement of winner teams which is unique in its nature providing entertainment, appreciation to the winner teams thus promoting healthy co-curricular activities.
